Pricing and Availability
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing
The prices payable for all items offered on our website are clearly displayed. Our website displays prices in South African Rands. All prices are shown inclusive of any selling duties, such as VAT. Your order will be based upon product prices and delivery charges at the time you submit your order. When items are reduced in price for promotional or sale periods, the new price will be displayed in black with the previous price shown in grey with a strikethrough.
Whilst we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the pricing on our website, the price of an item displayed at the time of your order, may very rarely be inaccurate. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order placed for Fox & Moon Pty Ltd product. Should we be unable to fulfill the order due to a pricing error, we shall contact you regarding the required adjustment and provide you with the opportunity to cancel or accept the order based on the correct pricing. Should an item be reduced to a lower price after an order has been placed but before the merchandise has been delivered, the original order price will be upheld.
Delivery and Shipping
Please note that all delivery times are based around working days (Mon-Fri) and refer to the time from which we receive your order. Please note that the day we receive your order may not be the day you place your order. If you place an order on Sunday, for example, the order will be processed through our order management system on Monday.
We ship worldwide!
Turnaround time for order to be shipped is up to 2 weeks. Once item is shipped it is in the hands of the Postal services and can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered or longer. Fox and Moon will not be held liable for delivery times, lost parcels or damages. Fox and Moon will not be liable for any taxes, customs or duties charged.
Delivery times represent the level of service we endeavor to achieve for all orders. We are not able to guarantee to deliver products at a particular time on a particular date. On occasion we may incur internal delays, which will increase these timeframes. On occasion delays beyond our control may be caused by the courier company.
POST OFFICE DELIVERY – Please note we do not accept any responsibility for your package if you select this mode of delivery. From the time we send you your tracking number, it is your responsibility to follow up with the Post Office, not ours. Do not email us asking where your parcel is because we only know as much as you do with the tracking no. Fox and Moon will not be held liable for delivery times, lost parcels or damages. Fox and Moon will not be liable for any taxes, customs or duties charged.
Returns
We hope you are pleased with the design and quality of your items.
However, we only accept returns on DAMAGED GOODS ONLY! WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN REFUNDS of any sort, if the item is damaged we will send the item to a third party for an extensive investigation to determine when the damage occurred and based on our findings we will issue you a credit note! NO CASH REFUNDS AT ALL! By purchasing from Fox and Moon you accept this agreement!
